Celebration of Anniversary of the National Day of the Republic of France

The anniversary celebration was attended by Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (PPC), Prof. Tran Thanh Van, Chairman of Meeting Vietnam in France (Rencontres du Vietnam), Prof. Le Kim Ngoc, Chairwoman of the Association for Protection of Vietnamese Children in France, leaders of the departments and agencies of the province, professors and scientists from the Republic of France.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Mai Thanh Thang, Chairman of Binh Dinh Union of Friendship Organizations said the relationship between Binh Dinh and the Republic of France had been developing well. Binh Dinh province has received many French aid projects in the fields of health, clean water, social security, wastewater collection and treatment,...of which the "International Center for Interdisciplinary Science and Education” project, put into operation on August 12^th, 2013, is an international scale project. This centre annually receives many turns of professors and scientists in the world who come and attend the international scientific conferences. The province wishes to receive other programs and projects from the Republic of France to effectively deepen the friendly relation between Vietnam and France in general, Binh Dinh province and France in particular.

On this occasion, Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, Vice Chairman of PPC gave flowers to Prof. Tran Thanh Van, Prof. Le Kim Ngoc and a French representative for congratulations.
