Heads of the Vietnamese representative missions abroad for the 2020-2023 term, leaders of the South Central Coastal and Central Highlands provinces meet in Binh Dinh province.

On the afternoon of July 24th 2020, in Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in coordination with Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee held an exchange of ideas and information between the Ambassadors and Consuls General of Vietnam to foreign countries for the 2020-2023 term with the leaders of the localities in the South Central Coast - Central Highlands. Mr. Bui Thanh Son, Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs (chair), Mr. Nguyen Phi Long - Member of Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee (co-chair); 28 Ambassadors and Consuls General of Vietnam to foreign countries; the leaders of the People's Committees together with the representatives of the relevant departments and agencies of Binh Dinh, Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Gia Lai, Kon Tum and Lam Dong provinces attended the event.
