Provincial agencies congratulate the Department of Foreign Affairs on the traditional Day of Vietnamese diplomacy.
On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the traditional Day of Vietnamese diplomacy (August 28th, 1945 - August 28th, 2020), the agencies of the province paid a visit to and offered congratulations to the leaders and civil servants of the Department of Foreign Affairs.
During the past 75 years of foundation and development, Vietnamese diplomacy has increasingly developed into a modern one, which makes substantial contributions to the cause of national construction and protection. During the period of extensive international integration, the external activities have been playing a pioneering role in consolidating a peaceful and stable environment, creating favorable conditions for the national construction and protection, attracting resources for development and continuously enhancing the national position.
The contributions of the local foreign affairs have played an important role in getting such tremendous success of Vietnamese diplomacy. Binh Dinh Department of Foreign Affairs came into being and grew up along the historical diplomatic phases of the province and of the country.
Over the last 8 years of operation (2012-2020), Binh Dinh Department of Foreign Affairs has made its constant efforts, gradually improved the functions and duties of its subordinate divisions and effectively implemented the external activities of the province. Implementing the task of renovation initiated and led by the Party, in the process of integration and development, under the overall and direct leadership and guidance of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee, Binh Dinh Department of Foreign Affairs has gradually confirmed itself as a key force in the process of international integration with the outstanding achievements, contributing to the accomplishment of socio-economic development criteria of the province.
A period of eight years is a very short time compared to 75 years of establishment and development of Vietnamese Diplomacy but Binh Dinh Department of Foreign Affairs in collaboration with the functional agencies successfully held many major events in the province, making great contributions to the socio-economic development and enhancement of the provincial image.
Visiting the Department of Foreign Affairs on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the traditional Day of Vietnamese diplomacy, the leaders of the agencies of the province sent their congratulations to all civil servants of the Department of Foreign Affairs and wished the Department continue to promote the glorious 75-year tradition of Vietnamese diplomacy, continue to consolidate, strive and closely coordinate with the relevant agencies and the whole country to well complete the assigned tasks and at the same time promote the internal strengths so as to make the “Gong sound” of diplomacy of Binh Dinh province in particular and of the whole country in general to be increasingly great and widespread.
Speaking at the occasion, Mr. Vo Dinh Kha, Deputy Director in charge of Department of Foreign Affairs expressed his deep thanks to the leaders of the agencies for their congratulations to staff of the Department of Foreign Affairs on this great event. At the same time, he emphasized that in the time to come, Binh Dinh Department of Foreign Affairs would do its best and collaborate with the relevant agencies of the province and the Departments of Foreign Affairs across the country to bring the local foreign affairs to a whole new level; with other agencies on the diplomatic front to successfully implement the foreign policy of the Party and State for innovation, integration and development. With its constant effort, Binh Dinh Department of Foreign Affairs deserves to become one of the representatives of the country and to be the country's bridge to the world, making contributions to consolidation and enhancement of the national position on the international arena.
