Secretary and Chairman of Binh Dinh province meets with the President of Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations
On the afternoon of November 25th 2020, at the headquarters of the Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Ho Quoc Dung, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee met with the delegation of the Party Committee of Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations led by Ms. Nguyen Phuong Nga, Secretary and President of Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations.
At the meeting, Mr. Ho Quoc Dung, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee warmly welcame the delegation to the province and briefly informed the delegates of the general information on the socio-economic development and the external activities of the province, especially emphasizing the people’s external activities between Binh Dinh province and the foreign partners such as Laos, the Republic of Korea, Japan, etc. Mr. Ho Quoc Dung suggested that Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations should continue paying attention to and providing information for the province and function as a bridge between Binh Dinh province and the foreign partners so that the province can introduce its information and Quy Nhon city to the international friends and attract investment and mobilize the foreign non-governmental aid.
Ms. Nguyen Phuong Nga, President of Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations expressed her thanks for the warm reception hosted by the leader of the province, congratulated the province on the success of the 20th provincial party Congress for the 2020-2025 tenure and highly valued the recent development of the province. She acknowledged the attention and care provided by the leaders of the province for the Union of Friendship Organizations of the province, contributing to the enhancement of the effectiveness of the Union’s operation. She hoped to receive the continued attention and support from the leaders of the province for the development of the people’s external activities, contributing to the introduction of the image and information of Binh Dinh province in particular and of Vietnam in general to the international friends.
She was committed to paying close attention to the external activities of the province in general and the people’s external activities in particular, including the introduction of the potential partners, investors to the province and mobilization of the foreign non-governmental aid.
