Japfa Vietnam is a wholly foreign-owned company invested by Japfa Limited - a group of companies with the head office in Singapore and subsidiaries in Indonesia, India, Vietnam, China and Bangladesh. Japfa Comfeed Binh Dinh is the sixth factory of Japfa Vietnam with the total investment capital of about VND300 billion (equivalent to USD 13 million). Japfa Comfeed Binh Dinh, based in Nhon Hoa Industrial Park, constructed on an area of 7 hectares in a planned industrial park, will supply high-quality animal feed to the potential markets in the Central region. Equipped with a modern production line and the advanced technology, the feed mill has a designed capacity of 180,000 tonnes of animal feed per year. The official operation of the mill will facilitate Japfa Comfeed to achieve the key targets in both the short term and the long term such as obtaining one million tons of feed in 2020, occupying 5% of the animal feed market share and keeping the average growth of 12% per year.

Addressing at the event, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee said that the operation of Japfa Comfeed Binh Dinh was the clear evidence for the strong relationship between Binh Dinh province and the localities, enterprises of Indonesia in particular and the strategic partnership between Vietnam and Indonesia in general. He is also committed to creating the favorable conditions and providing strong support for Japfa Vietnam to effectively operate in Binh Dinh province.
