Provincial leader attends the meeting of People's Committee of Quy Nhon City, Yongsan-gu and Yanggu district (Republic of Korea)
On the afternoon of September 17th, 2019, in Quy Nhon City, Quy Nhon City People's Committee had a meet with the delegation of Yongsan-gu (Seoul City) and Yanggu district (Gangwon province), Republic of Korea. Mr. Phan Cao Thang, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Mr. Phan Cao Thang, Standing Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee introduced the leaders, entrepreneurs of Yongsan-gu and Yanggu district to a number of incentive policies, the fields that the province was calling for investment in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone. With the information provided, Mr. Sung Jang Hyun, Mayor of Yongsan-gu expressed his hope that there would be more Korean businesses to make investment in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone in the coming time, contributing to the economic development of Quy Nhon city.
The People's Committee of Quy Nhon city, Yongsan-gu and Yanggu district signed memoranda of understanding on promotion of economic development, tourism, exchanges, cooperation and organization of talks to promote economic exchanges.
Witnessing the signing ceremony, Mr. Phan Cao Thang affirmed that the friendship and cooperation relation between Quy Nhon city in particular and Binh Dinh province in general with the Korean localities and partners had been continuously strengthened and developed in the past years and said that the signing of the memoranda marked a new step of development in the cooperation between the localities of Korea and Quy Nhon city. Binh Dinh province always paid its close attention and provided support to the development of this relation.
In this visit to Quy Nhon city, Yongsan-gu provided Quy Nhon city with 02 happy houses (nearly VND 300 million), 01 kindergarten (VND 3.2 billion), "happy” bus (VND 3.1 billion) and financial support for replacement of cataract surgery equipment parts (VND 722 million), etc.
